- Nutrition: At the heart of my coaching is nutrition. It's not just about the right foods, but also about understanding how they fuel your body and contribute to hormone balance. By integrating Western functional medicine with Eastern wisdom, I craft a unique approach to your wellness journey.
- Science: In collaboration with functional medicine practitioners and reputable labs, we utilise comprehensive blood tests, hormone or hair tests to delve deeper into your unique health situation. This approach allows me to base my guidance on scientific evidence, tailoring my advice to your unique needs.
- Menstrual Cycle Awareness: My goal is to empower you with knowledge about your cycle, enabling you to predict with precision when your period will arrive next. By understanding your female biology, you can partner with your body to perform at your peak and leverage your hormones for better health and success.
- Feminine Energy: I believe in nurturing your inner feminine power. When you feel good and look after yourself, your energy becomes open, receptive, warm, and inviting. This sense of confidence, embodied in a slower pace and creative expression, can result in healthier cycles and a happier life.

My Story:
Welcome, beautiful soul. I'm Adina, your hormone health and feminine energy coach. I'm here to guide you on a journey to reconnect with your body, regain balance in your life, and rekindle your feminine spirit.
Once upon a time, I stood where you might be standing now. My life looked great from the outside, but inside was a chaos of rush and overwhelming emotions. I was constantly battling fatigue and struggling to keep up with the world. My moods were all over the place, my face was plagued with acne, and my periods were a nightmare. I vividly remember a day at the office when my period struck with such severity that I ended up vomiting under my desk, pale-faced and mortified. It was a wake-up call,
"This can't be normal."
The doctors had no answers. Birth control pills, surgery, endometriosis - nothing made sense.
But my body, my sacred feminine vessel, whispered a different truth -
"Your lifestyle does not suit me."
I needed to lean in, listen, and surrender.
Embarking on a journey of self-discovery, extensive research, and a significant lifestyle overhaul, I started healing my cycle. I experimented with everything from intermittent fasting to ketogenic diets. Yet, true healing began when I started listening to my body and aligning with my feminine rhythms. I transformed my diet to support my monthly cycle, healed past traumas, and worked on my beliefs and emotions.As I became more in tune with my body, my PMS symptoms disappeared, and I experienced the bliss of hormonal balance. It wasn't just my health that improved - my relationships and creativity flourished too.
Fast forward 10 years later, I'm healthier and more energetic than ever, all thanks to embracing my feminine nature, nutrition, and cycle awareness. As a certified health coach and integrative nutritionist, with a special focus on hormone health, I'm eager to share the insights and tools that helped me regain control over my health and life.

I fell in love with myself on a level I never thought possible, and my PMS symptoms vanished, replaced by the exquisite sensation of a hormonally balanced body. Moreover, my relationships improved, and my creativity flourished again.
